Dirk Bale (Sandown Park Race 3, No. 5) ($2.40)
Talented young son of Fernando Bale that is looking to extend his record to four wins from five.
He exploded out of the boxes last start; posting a 4.99 first section and anything close to that sees him in the lead early once again.
He’s drawn wide here but that doesn’t worry The Wolf as with his early box speed he should have no problem crossing from out wide in box five.
The Wolf is confident that he has the box speed to lead them up here and prove too strong in the finish.
Shima Song (Sandown Park Race 4, No. 2) ($3.70)
Consistent Greyhound that very rarely runs a bad race.
She’s drawn all the favours in box two and if she finds the rail early she is capable of running some very fast sectionals.
The Wolf is confident that with the favourite drawn wide she gets an excellent chance to put a few lengths on the field early, and if she is capable of doing so will take plenty of running down.
Fanta Bale (Sandown Park Race 6, No. 8) ($1.80)
The best Greyhound currently racing in Australia and with any luck it should be a matter of how far?
She’s drawn wide in the pink but that’s not a worry as she won the Group 1 Australian Cup from there.
Expect she’ll find the lead early or position herself just behind the lead and if that is the case take the $1.80 on offer now.
Flyrite (Sandown Park Race 8, No. 1) ($4.20)
Flying leader that from the red should find the lead early.
She’s won her last two starts over this course and distance and with her box speed aided by the box draw she’ll take plenty of catching early.
Expect she’ll find the lead early or position herself on the rails and with the other speed runners drawn wide she should get all the favours on the inside.
The Wolf is confident the box draw will tell the tale of this race and with a 9.09 first section expect she’ll have a few lengths on them early.
Leave Me Out (Sandown Park Race 9, No. 4) ($7.00)
Led from the get go last start only to be run down late over this course and distance.
Whilst she was run down late her performance had merit as the top two gapped the field in the back straight into the final stages of the race.
The Wolf is confident that with a clean getaway she’ll be in front early and if that is the case looks an each way special.

Fast Times (Albion Park Race 8, No. 4) ($3.90)
Exploded early last start to head arguably one of the best beginners going around; Striker Light.
His 5.51 first section was the quickest of the heats and a repeat of that effort sees him leading them up here.
The Wolf is confident that from box four he should be able to position himself well early and play catch me if you can from there.
