What an outstanding grand final we have coming up!
It’s 1st v 2nd and we have some of the most exciting players in the competition on display.
There are great matchups all across the park but none better than Dally M Medal winner Ben Barba up against Billy Slater.
The battle of the forwards will be great viewing and whoever wins this contest will go a long way to winning the premiership.
It’s the unsung heroes that could also have an impact for their sides including the likes of Josh Jackson for the Bulldogs and Todd Lowrie for the Storm.
Bulldogs skipper Michael Ennis and Storm captain Cameron Smith will also come up against each other not only as the leaders of their sides but in the hooking role that will be all important in getting their packs going forward.
I think the Bulldogs have a major advantage in the centres with Josh Morris and Krisnan Inu. Morris has been in career best form, while Inu who has been known to be hot and cold in the past has found his best at the Bulldogs.
I also like the way the likes of Tolman, Graham, Pritchard and Kasiano have been playing and the second phase play they can create with their tip on plays will cause the Storm some trouble.
The Bulldogs are an outstanding price at $2.05 with William Hill Australia and will give coach Des Hasler back-to-back NRL titles with two different clubs.
