State Of Origin III: Player Prop Sheet

The Wolf has done the form for Origin III and has the below as his 10 best player prop bets. Bets are listed in order of confidence. The Wolf went 7-3 in Game II with his player props with his top three bets saluting.

Corey Parker Over 135.5 Run Metres
Parker has gone six straight matches for Queensland with at least 132m and has run for 149m and 151m this year. In his farewell game he will get through plenty of work.

Josh Dugan Under 100.5 Run Metres
This year for the Dragons Dugan has run for over 100m in every match – bar the two he started at centre, where he ran for 83m and 41m.

Paul Gallen Over 125.5 Run Metres
Gallen has seen his influence decline on the Blues this series but in a dead rubber farewell game he will be getting the ball as often as he wants it. Ran for 131m in the opening game.

Cameron Smith Over 46.5 Tackles
Smith has posted 42-plus tackles in 8 of his last 11 Origins and in his last three at ANZ he has averaged 46.67.

Matt Scott Under 20.5 Tackles
Scott has not posted more than 23 tackles in his last seven Origin appearances and this series has posted 21 and 17 respectively. A reduction in minutes and an expected open game make this a confident under bet.

Josh Dugan Over 16.5 Tackles
Playing out of position and only recently back from injury, the Maroons will target Dugan all night at right centre.

James Tedesco Over 145.5 Run Metres
Tedesco is a jackrabbit who finds the ball no matter the situation. He is averaging over 170m a match for the Tigers this season.

Robbie Farah Over 32.5 Run Metres
Farah was extremely active in the second game running for 55m and in what will be his farewell appearance for NSW will be sure to do a lot of dummy-half scooting.

Matt Gillett Under 34.5 Tackles
Gillett is a hard-working defender but made just 27 tackles last game when the game became more open. Expecting a similar number this time around.

Dane Gagai Under 130.5 Metres
After Gagai was allowed to run rampant in the opening two Origin matches the Blues will be keeping a close eye on him in this one.
