Wolf’s Sunday Racing Guide – Sunday, 6 May

The Wolf his cast his eye over the fields for Sunday and has singled out a few best bets at Pakenham, & Sapphire Coast!

Wolf’s Best

Yesido (Pakenham Race 3, No. 5)

Yesido should have cantered in last start and stepping up to a mile for this should ensure he is a maiden no more. He’s clearly a talent and with Daniel Moor hopping aboard should be getting off the mark in this. He’s placed at Pakenham before and with two runs under his belt is the hardest to beat.

Circuit Bets

Omorose (Pakenham Race 5, No. 5)

Omorose won well last start and off that performance looks hard to beat once again. She won with a leg in the air that day and if she runs up to that here she’ll take beating. Tahlia Hope remains on board which is a plus and if she can settle her on the speed she’ll get every to chance to score her third career win.

The Kroc (Pakenham Race 6, No. 2)

The Kroc finally broke through two starts ago and if he runs up to that benchmark here he’ll take beating. He followed his win up with a solid placing behind Espisito Gold at Kilmore, where he over-raced throughout but managed to stick on well to finish a length off the winner. He gets another chance here and from the draw looks the hardest to beat.

Gentle Annie (Sapphire Coast Race 5, No. 6)

Gentle Annie placed at Canberra last start and off that run looks ready to return to return to the winner’s stall. She’s won third up previously and with Kayla Nisbet hopping on board looks set to do the same again. She gets in well at the weights with 57kg on her and back and should be going very close here.

Lincoln Cash Man (Sapphire Coast Race 6, No. 3)

Lincoln Cash Man is nearing a win off his last start placing and off that run The Wolf is keen to follow him here. The step up in distance to 1200m suits and although he’s drawn wide, he is getting ready to peak and The Wolf is confident of a win coming here.
