Saturday Harness Racing Guide
Wolf’s Best Bet
Albion Park Race 1, No. 8 Heza Swinger
His last three starts he has got way too far back in the run and tonight is likely to be behind the leader and will have every chance on the sprint lane. The Wolf notes his win four starts back was in super fast time at Menangle and he was on the leader.s back in that race. He looks the winner.

Circuit Bets
Menangle Race 3, No.6 Colonel Joy
This former Victorian has only raced at this track twice for a good win in smart time and then last start he never saw daylight. Tonight from barrier four he should slot into a good position and come with one run at them. The Wolf thinks he will have enough late speed to get over the top of them.

Menangle Race 4, No. 4 Rocknroll Angel
The Wolf thinks this track will suit her down to the ground as she has high speed. Tonight is her toughest task to date racing against the boys but she looks to be very talented and will be racing in better races in time.

Albion Park Race 2, No. 1 Feel The Courage
He has been running fast time over the longer trip and tonight over the sprint trip he looks terribly hard to beat. He can run fast sectionals from out in front and although tonight’s race is a class rise The Wolf says he is up to it.

Wolf’s Bolter
Bunbury Race 6, No.2 Lombo Louganis
He was unlucky last start when held up for a run at a vital stage. Tonight he should be handy in the run from barrier two and always runs very well at this track. With luck in running The Wolf expects him to run very well.

Wolf’s Back Breaker
Melton Race 2, No 7 Sky Petite
This mare comes fresh off her fourth placing in her Vicbred four-year-old mares final last start which is sure to see her unders tonight. This field is nearly as strong as that final and she wont be leading which will make her task very hard and is suggesting to not go near the odds on offer.

Feature Race Betting
GROUP 1 – $75,000 2016 Dpma Queensland Oaks (Albion Park)
The New Zealand filly Nek Time looks the one to beat again on her win last week in the Gold Coast Oaks. She looks the leader but if Covert Beauty was able to cross early her task would be much harder. Covert Beauty is in good form and if she happened to kick up and hold the lead she will give a sight. Annatto will either be leader’s back or three back the pegs and will be a place chance again. Eye See Diamonds has been impressive at Menangle and looks to have class while Get In The Groove will have fresh legs but will need luck from midfield on the rails.

GROUP 2 – $50,000 2016 Garrards Sunshine Sprint (Albion Park)
What a race we have here. Ultimate Art has drawn the pole and The Wolf says will be hardest to beat but he is going to be forced to earn it. He will be the leader of the event and his main danger Christen Me will be stalking him throughout on his back waiting for the passing lane. Hector Jay Jay has drawn terribly on the backrow but we can’t go past him given he beat Lennytheshark last start. Glenferrie Hood will get a good run through on the backrow and will again be charging late whilst the classy Ohoka Punter is going to have to make his own luck but cannot be dismissed.
