Usually flies out of the boxes and when he does is very rarely headed.
Two starts ago he ran a 5.12 first section on his way to running a speedy 29.55.
Last start he bumped into Striker Light; who is one of the fastest beginners going around only to go down by two lengths.
He meets a much weaker field here than last start and if he finds an early lead, The Wolf is confident he’ll go on to win from there.
Speedy beginner that’s won two of her last three when flying out of the boxes to lead.
She’s got early speed to burn and with a big enough lead turning for home will generally give a very good sight from the front.
She’ll tire late in the race, but The Wolf is confident that with a big enough margin turning for home it’ll prove too much for this field.
Talented middle distance runner who finally steps back up to the more suitable 595m.
Last two starts he was tuned up over the 515m at Sandown and whilst he was beaten, he was far from disgraced.
His last start over this course and distance he flew out to lead and was never headed from there.
The Wolf is confident he’ll jump to an early lead and prove tough to run down.
Flying leader who has drawn inside and should be able to replicate the 5.07 first section she ran two starts ago to lead.
Conditions suit here as there is little to no pace drawn inside of her and if she is able to ping the lids and find the rail she’ll be hard to run down.
The Wolf is confident she’s found a race to suit and gets an excellent chance to score an overdue win.
Smart winner over this course and distance when running 29.87 and with clear space down the back stretch is more than capable of running them down.
He’s drawn the inside which isn’t preferred, however if he can find the rail early he should get an untouched run throughout the race.
The Wolf is confident he’ll run a race here off his last start 29.87 win and if so, could take beating.
