Racing and Sports Tips – 9/6/18

bet on racing and sports

Here are The Wolf’s best racing and sports tips!

Today’s best bet won at Flemington last campaign and The Wolf is supremely confident about his chances on the back of his last two runs.

Flemington Thoroughbred Bet (1:25pm AEST)

Silvera (Race 4, No.5) is nearing a win off his last two runs and The Wolf is supremely confident of that win coming here.

He won at Flemington last campaign and with even luck should be doing that again.

His two runs have been very competitive and the step up to 1800m for this suits.

He drops 6kg off his last run and with Regan Bayliss aboard shapes as the one to beat.

Confidence Level:

Recommended Price: $3.40

Randwick Thoroughbred Bet (1:50pm AEST)

I Am Serious (Race 5, No.4) ran a bolter last start without winning and The Wolf is expecting her to return to the winner’s stall against this field.

She flew late to just miss and stepping up to the mile for this should see her finish in first.

Tye Angland has his first sit on the talented mare and from barrier 9 should be settling near last in the run before exploding from out wide.

Confidence Level:

Recommended Price: $3

AFL: GWS v Gold Coast (4:35pm AEST)

The Wolf was stunned by how poor the Suns were at home last round, and it’s hard to see how they can bounce back from that against a side that is as skillful as the Giants.

Granted, there are stages this year where they have been exceptionally poor, but against the Crows last week they looked to have recaptured some of their best footy through a midfield dominance that will only get better.

Wolfie loves a quarter bet, and is VERY keen on the Giants to absolutely pummel the young Suns in the last quarter.

GWS 4th Quarter Line -12.5 is the recommended play here.

Confidence Level:

Recommended Price: $1.87

Bendigo Greyhound Bet (7:02pm AEST)

Tiempo Dinero (Race 8, No.4) is one from one at the track/distance and looks hard to beat tonight.

He has demonstrated his versatility with wins from all boxes other than Box 8 which he has never jumped from.

Looks well placed here and should avoid the early squeeze with slow beginners drawn each side of him.

Confidence Level:

Recommended Price: $2.50
