Racing and Sports Tips – 14/10/17

bet on racing and sports

Here are The Wolf’s best racing and sports tips!

The Wolf’s best bet is a multiple Group 1 placegetter who was awfully unlucky to not have received a slot in The Everest.

Randwick Thoroughbred Bet (3:35pm AEDT)

In Her Time (Race 7, No.12) is a multiple Group 1 placegetter who was awfully unlucky to not have received a slot in The Everest.

Last start she beat home four current Everest slot holders in the Group 2 Premiere Stakes over 1200m, which is a more than good enough form reference to suggest she will be winning here.

Expect Brown to settle her on the speed and from there, take plenty of running down.

Recommended Price: $2.70

Randwick Thoroughbred Bet (1:50pm AEDT)

Suncraze (Race 4, No.11) is a speedy gelding from the Melanie O’gorman stable who ended a run of six second placings two starts ago with a win at Randwick.

Last start he beat home Don’t Give A Damn, who has since come out and franked the form with a six-length demolition job at Rosehill.

He’s clearly the best horse in the race here and The Wolf is confident he’ll get the job done.

Confidence Level:

Recommended Price: $3.40

A-League: Melbourne Victory v Melbourne City (7:50pm AEDT)

Kevin Muscat will not be happy with the result but he will be pleased at how his side stacked up against Sydney FC with several key members failing to take part.

Milligan will not back up from Socceroos duty after logging 120 minutes while Troisi is also unlikely after playing over 70 minutes.

Their participation or lack thereof is likely to determine the result.

If they play The Wolf has the Victory grabbing all 3 points but regardless of their participation there is one thing that we always see when big brother takes on little brother – GOALS!

There have been 3 or more goals in the last 8 clashes and just the 1 draw in that stretch.

City have lost just 1 of the last 5 encounters and came out on top in two of the last three meetings last season.

McCormack will improve with every game and there was much to like about his combination with Kamau.

With Fornaroli and Brandan out for most of the season they will need to contribute on a weekly basis.

Berisha has scored in his last two against City and 5 of his last 7 A-League games at home.

The goals will start early and will continue to come throughout the 90 minutes.

The Wolf says to back over 3.5 goals in this one.

Confidence Level:

Recommended Price: $2.60

The Meadows Greyhound Bet (8:58pm AEDT)

Cardamom (Race 6, No.1) races well at the track/distance (9:2-2-1) and will get all of the favours out of Box 1.

He won here by 4 lengths back in August and will go very close again tonight.

He’ll ping the lids and prove extremely tough to run down.

Confidence Level:

Recommended Price: $2.35
