Racing and Sports Tips – 10/07/16

bet on racing and sports

Here are The Wolf’s best racing and sports tips!

Warrnambool Thoroughbred Bet (3:15pm AEST)

White Dollar Sign (Race 6, No.5) is coming off a dominant win.

This gelding more than just handled the wet conditions last time out – settled midfield before coming 5 and 6 wide on the bend and putting on a show.

Took over at the furlong mark and scored very impressively.

Gets identical conditions today and has draw to get the perfect run in transit.

His superior turn of foot and ability to handle the conditions will see him grab the cash.

Confidence Level: 4-Chips

Recommended Price: $3.40

Parkes Harness Bet (12:54pm AEST)

Express Bomber (Race 2, No.5) has found an ideal race with a small field which should ensure he doesn’t get too far out of his ground.

The Wolf acknowledges he has a bad barrier but thinks he can overcome it with his raw speed which we have seen on more than one occasion.

This field lacks any genuine class giving the Bomber every chance at a good price.

Confidence Level: 4-Chips

Recommended Price: $4.00

Sandown Park Greyhound Bet (3:49pm AEST)

Alpha Nemesis (Race 8, No.3) steps back to a distance which she has had plenty of experience.

This bitch failed to handle the 715m in her last two runs and today she returns to 515m.

Had won her previous two runs out of Boxes 2 and 3 respectively and has again drawn inside.

Will lead from start to finish.

Confidence Level: 3-5-Chips

Recommended Price: $5.00

UFC: Mark Hunt v Brock Lesnar (1:55pm AEST)

UFC 200 takes centre stage today and this is one for the fans.

At his height, Brock Lesnar was the biggest force in the UFC. He won the heavyweight title in his third fight with the promotion, and holds the record for the biggest selling Pay Per View in UFC history.

Despite not fighting since 2011, his return has everyone buzzing, and his opponent, Mark Hunt, will be looking to make Brock’s return as short lived as possible. The Wolf thinks otherwise and says to back a Brock Lesnar WIN.

Hunt has arguably the best one punch power in the UFC, and has created a cult following with his ‘Walk Off’ Knock Out (landing a punch and walking away knowing that his opponent won’t be getting back up).

Although Lesnar has more ring rust, his wrestling is a huge strength, and if he can get Hunt down to the canvas, look for him to dominate proceedings.

Confidence Level: 4-Chips

Recommended Price: $2.25
