Racing and Sports Tips – 29/07/16

bet on racing and sports

Here are The Wolf’s best racing and sports tips!

Geelong Thoroughbred Bet (1:30pm AEST)

Jervois Night (Race 2, No.1) can break his maiden at Geelong.

He ran two seconds to kick off his career before being tipping out by the typically patient Hawkes stable. The Wolf liked the work of this grey gelding at the jumpouts suggesting he has come on. Leading apprentice hoop Dylan Dunn steers and has drawn barrier 4.

In the last 12 months the Hawkes stables have had 15 runners at this track for four wins and four seconds.

Confidence Level: 3-Chips

Recommended Price: $2.20

Gloucester Park Harness Bet (7:20pm AEST)

Heza Head Honcho (Race 1, No.3) has his best draw in recent starts and from gate three the Wolf expects him to find the top and from in front he shouldn’t be headed.

He has raced tough his last two starts and looks a huge improver tonight. Short but winning.

Confidence Level: 4-Chips

Recommended Price: $2.00

Traralgon Greyhound Bet (10:47pm AEST)

Jay Jay Bee (Race 11, No.2) is in fine form at the moment.

This son of Dyna Lachlan has won two on the trot by good margins. She should have too much early speed for Dr Yamma on her inside and take up the running. She’ll be very hard to catch with that likely scenario unfolding.

Confidence Level: 4-Chips

Recommended Price: $3.50

NRL: Bulldogs v Dragons (8pm)

Canterbury should win this and win it easily. Bulldogs -14 is the bet.

They were awful against the Cowboys but up to that their form was good with the best attack. The Dragons cannot score points with their predictable attack the easiest to stop in the NRL. The angles here are strong for a Bulldogs cover while there is plenty to say the over is a bet. St George Illawarra may not win another game again this year.

Confidence Level: 4-Chips

Recommended Price: $1.90
