bet on racing and sports

Here are The Wolf’s best racing and sports tips!

The Wolf’s best bet is from the powerful Peter and Paul Snowden stable and can go on with it here.

Newcastle Thoroughbred Bet (4:35pm AEST)

Molten (Race 7, No.4) broke through for an impressive maiden win at Kembla last start and can go on with it here.

From the powerful Peter and Paul Snowden stable, Molten is an impeccably bred colt and given he holds nominations for the Golden Rose and Caulfield Guineas, obviously one the stable think highly of.

His first up win at Kembla was excellent when leading all the way despite covering plenty of ground early, The Wolf predicts plenty of winners will come out of the race and he can go right on with the job here.

Pakenham Thoroughbred Bet (2pm AEST)

Turfonic (Race 2, No.1) has a clear class edge on his rivals and looks well placed to break through for a win in this highweight race.

The Team Hayes trained gelding has the services of Jamie Mott – a massive edge in a flat race restricted to riders who race over jumps.

His last start second at this track had plenty of merit to it and he is racing as though the mile will suit. Expect him to take all the beating.

MLB: Texas Rangers @ Atlanta Braves (9:35am)

Texas head to Atlanta for the first time since 2011 on Tuesday and they need to win this one.

They’re 3 games back in the AL Wildcard and they have a 4-2 record in their last 6 games.

On the mound for this game is Andrew Cashner and he’s coming off 8 innings / 3 hits against the Astros.

In his last seven starts, his ERA is just 2.76 with a 4-1 record.

However, he doesn’t have a great record in Atlanta.

His last outing went 2 innings and he earned 7 runs.

He was playing for the Marlins last year and the Braves won that clash 12-7.

Overall, his road ERA is 4.13 this season and his W-L record is 4-6.

For the Braves, they lost three of four against the Cubs recently on the road.

But they’re back at home for a 6 game homestand.

R.A Dickey is up for the Braves and he also went 8 innings in his last outing.

However, he has earned 4 runs in two straight starts at home and the Braves lost both games.

In his last home start, the total runs reached 15 runs and the Wolf is leaning on the overs in this one.

The Rangers are 3-0 against the over total and they’ve scored 21 runs in those games.

The Braves conceded 14 runs a few days ago so the Wolf is predicting a high scoring game.

Horsham Greyhound Bet (6:21pm AEST)

Solar Mocha (Race 11, No.4) races well at the track/distance (5:1-3-0) and should get all of the favours out of Box 1.

He’s finished runner-up in his last three starts, but is worth one more go out of the cherry box.

Well placed here and will be tough to beat if he can hold the lead and ping the lids in front of Connemara Black in Box 2.

Recommended Price: $4.60
