Western Conference Finals Game 4

1. Golden State @ San Antonio (11:00am)

Tip: Over 216 points ($1.91) 💰

Is there light at the end of the tunnel for the NBA Playoffs… Boston rallied from 21 down in the 3rd quarter in Cleveland to steal game 3 with their best player sitting in the grandstands. The Spurs will look to draw on that performance for belief and will have the additional advantage of a home crowd. The double digit line indicates that Kawhi will again sit this one out and down 0-3 in the series and having to win twice at Oracle Arena it really doesn’t make sense to play him.

The white flag was waved a long time ago in this series and the Spurs biggest problem is slowing down the Warriors offence. Golden State is averaging 123ppg in this series and it is a key reason as to why the Over is 3-0 in the 3 games. All 5 of their starters reached double figures in Game 3 and they are now shooting over 42% from beyond their arc for the series.

Cleveland’s hiccup will have the Warriors on high alert and that is a very dangerous proposition for coach Pop and his Spurs. It’s been pedal to the medal for Golden State who are 10-1 ATS in their last 11 road games and 19-6-1 ATS in their last 26 overall. The Spurs on the other hand continued their struggles following a big loss and are now 2-8 ATS in their last 10 following a double digit loss. Will Cleveland now forced to go back to Boston the Warriors will really push for the sweep and the extra rest. It all lined up for another double digit Warriors win.

Durant has been scoring at will on offence and is shooting 56% from the floor this series with just under 28ppg – all while logging under 35 minutes. The Wolf loves to see that he is averaging 8 free throw attempts per game. It means he is being aggressive and is will keep the defender in two minds – giving him a stack of open jump shots.

The Over is 6-1 in the Warriors last 7 road games and 6-1 in their last 7 following a ATS win. The also love playing on the 1 day break as it keeps them in rhythm. The Spurs have been surprisingly lackadaisical on the defensive end. As a result, the Over is 5-0 in their last 5 at home and 14-3 in their last 17 dating back to the regular season. They won’t go down without a fight but it will not be a pretty sight for Spurs fans.
