NBA Tips – 7th December

Full slate of 10 games and The Wolf cannot wait! Here are all of his best bets and value bets.

1. Golden State @ Charlotte (12:05pm)

Steph Curry will not get the chance to play in front of friends and family after rolling his ankle. The sprain will keep him out for several weeks but the positive news for the Warriors is that it is not serious. His absence will give rotation players the opportunity for more game time and The Wolf expects Durant to completely dominate the next 10 games. They may time time to adjust him in the player prop markets and Wolfy says to multi him in points and rebounds markets. The Warriors have won 6 straight against the Hornets and continue to put up big numbers on offence. They are averaging 125+ ppg in their last 4 and even without Curry they will continue to fill it up. Over is now 17-7 in their last 24 road games and 5-1 in last 6 when on 1 days break. Charlotte are 8-3 at home with a 4-0 Over record in their last 4 at home to teams with a winning road record. The Hornets average in excess of 8ppg more in home games and with Kemba back in the line up we should them score the ball much easier than they have been. Overs.

Tip: Over 219.5 points ($1.91)

2. Detroit @ Milwaukee (12:05pm)

Home court has counted for a lot in this series with the host winning 6 of the last 7. The Pistons and Buck are similar in that they are inconsistent on the road. Detroit may have beaten the Celtics in the TD Garden but they have lost their last three – all on the road. The Bucks identity continues to change with Bledsoe providing them with more backcourt speed. Giannis continues to be unstoppable averaging 30 points and 10 boards in his last 5. Detroit have been one of a few teams that have limited him so we could see him look to distribute which would bring the likes of Middleton and Brogdon into the game. Both teams defend the paint well (Bucks 6th/Pistons 9th) which will increase the importance of the 3-ball. It is an area in which the Pistons are superior to the Bucks. They are 5th in 3-point percentage and 11th in makes. It will be the determining factor in the Pistons covering the start on the road.

Tip: Detroit +4 ($1.92)

3. Minnesota @ LA Clippers (2:05pm)

The Clippers just cannot catch a break and they are the walking wounded of the NBA. They showed plenty of fight in Minnesota just days ago in a 6 point loss but that was on the back of 30 from Austin Rivers – something we are unlikely to see again this season. The Timberwolves may be struggling for consistency but the Clippers are there for the taking. Doc Rivers’ side are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 at home, 0-5 ATS following a ATS win, 0-4 ATS in their last 4 when on 2 days rest and 1-10 ATS in their last 11 after scoring 100 or more in their previous outing. Minnesota get a 3 full days off following this and The Wolf says there will be no complacency down the stretch. They will be winning by double digits.

Tip: Minnesota -5.5 ($1.92)
