NBA Tips – 13th March

The Wolf is yelling ‘somebody stop me’ and might have to change his name at The Mask if his current NBA form continues. His feature previews went 3-0 to start the week and his 6-2 performance overall on Monday included winners at $5.75 and $2.75. Just 4 games on the way and Wolfy is predicting several blowouts!

NBA Feature Previews

1. Milwaukee @ Memphis (11:05am)
With a total of just 160 points in their last 2 matches we would be crazy to have a single cent on a Memphis side that is on a mission to finish with the worst record in the NBA. They have lost 17 in a row and are 3-9 ATS in their last 12. They are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games and 1-6 ATS in their last 7 against East teams. They provide the Bucks will the perfect opportunity to build some momentum and The Wolf says they will take full advantage. The Bucks are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 road games against teams with a losing home record and are one of the worst sides defending the fastbreak. Giannis and Bledsoe to put on a clinic.
Tip: Milwaukee -7 ($1.92)

2. San Antonio @ Houston (11:05am)
If the Spurs continue with their current form they will likely miss out on the playoffs. They have lost 8 of their last 10 and continue to get shown up by the better sides in the association. The Rockets have posted double digit wins over them in the two meetings this season and with Aldridge, Kawhi and Ginobili out, there can only be one result. The Wolf cannot see the Spurs posting anywhere near 100 points. With Gasol and Mertens down low they will have no inside presence while Murray and Mills will be unable to contend with the Harden/CP3 duo. Houston are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 against West teams and 11-2 ATS in their last 13 when taking on teams with a winning record. Houston in the minus/under double.
Tip: Houston -11 ($1.92)

3. Miami @ Portland (1:35pm)
In recent days we have seen the Rockets, Warriors and Pelicans all lose which leaves the Blazers with the longest active win streak – 9 games. It is hard to criticise their 8-1 ATS record in that stretch but The Wolf believes that the Heat have the tools to hurt them. They give up very few points to the centre position and had Whiteside played more games those numbers would be even less. It leaves Lillard and McCollum to shoulder more of the load but there is only so much one man can do. Miami with the start shapes as a good bet.
Tip: Miami +6 ($1.92)
