The Indians won again on Monday but they lost the handicap bet by a run! However, the Wolf is backing them again on Tuesday against the Tigers. The Orioles are one of the best upset chances of the day against the Blue Jays.
Colorado Rockies at Arizona D-backs (11:40am)
The Diamondbacks host the Rockies on Tuesday and this will be the last regular season series between the sides in 2017. They’re both likely to clash in Arizona for a playoff spot so this should be a fun series. In game 1, the D-Backs send Zach Greinke to the mound for a shot at his 17th win. The D-Backs won the last game he pitched at home against the Rockies 6-2 in July. Since that win, the D-Backs are 6-1 at home when Greinke toes the rubber. Overall, he has a 13-1 record at home with a 2.31 ERA. He’ll be facing the in-form Rockies as they just swept the Dodgers in 4 games. Jon Gray gets the ball and he’s coming off a 4 hit outing against the Dodgers. However, he lost his last start against the D-Backs in a 6-2 scoreline. He also lost his previous start against them in 2016, 8-5. Overall the D-Backs are 5-0 against the Rockies and with Greinke on the mound, the Wolf is backing them by 2+ runs on Tuesday.
Los Angeles Dodgers at San Francisco Giants (12:15pm)
The Dodgers are just not a safe bet anymore as they’ve lost 10 in a row. They have been swept by the Rockies, D-Backs and Padres recently, now the Giants will aim to be the fourth team. But they’re coming off two bad losses against the White Sox. They conceded 21 runs to just 2 runs scored. So the Wolf is looking for runs in this contest. Kenta Maeda of the Dodgers last pitched in San Francisco in 2016 and he allowed 5 runs in a 7-1 Dodgers loss. In his last two away starts this season, the Dodgers are 0-2 and he’s conceded 11 total runs. The Dodgers have also scored just a single run in both losses. The Giants are starting Chris Stratton and he’s never faced the Dodgers. However, his last home start was impressive as he allowed just 4 hits in 6 innings of work against the Brewers. The Giants won 2-0 and they also have a 2-0 record in Stratton’s last two home starts. But the Wolf is hoping for more runs in this contest. The Giants are 5-0 against the over total score and the Dodgers are 4-0. They’re also 3-0 against the overs in their last three away games. So the Wolf is backing it here. Although, the Giants are a juicy bet at $2.65 for the win.
