DT Talk Player Prop Bets
Adelaide v West Coast
(Fri 20:10)

Jarryd Lyons is a name you won’t hear every day, that’s unless you’re looking to have a punt on a Friday night. He’s not a household name but he’s paying $2.90 to take out group B for most disposals. This Crow has got very busy over the last few games with 21, 28 and 29 touches and should take this easy market out. You also can’t look past the league’s best tackler Matt Priddis ($2.50). He’s averaging 8.5 tackles a game and in round 12 against the Crows, he nailed them 12 times.
Geelong v Melbourne

Who am I? I’ve averaged 30 touches a game over the last five weeks? If you guessed Dangerfield, then you are wrong my friend. Dom Tyson is the correct answer and at $5.50 he’ll certainly give the most possession field a shake. In the AFL Fantasy market, Dangerfield ($2.50) is far too short against a team he has a shocking history against, so I’ll be rolling with Max Gawn ($4.50). He’s up against an average ruck line-up of Smith and Stanley. Max recorded 139 on the Cats last year and is currently averaging the third most points in the league over the last three rounds.
Essendon v Carlton
(Sat 14:10)

Tips By: Warnie
In round 6, Kade Simpson took 9 marks against the Bombers and at $6, he’s a red hot chance to beat that this week. Last week, Bulldog defenders Johannisen (12 marks, 144pts) and Boyd (9 marks, 117pts) had a field day against Essendon and I’m expecting old mate Simmo to do the same. At $6.50, he’s great value in the Fantasy market too. For most tackles, it’s a two horse race, Cripps ($3.75) v Merrett ($3.75). But when I tell you that over the last three weeks, Cripps leads Merrett in this area 27 to 12. Based on that, you can clearly see who I’m getting on.
Sydney v Richmond
(Sat 16:35)

Luke Parker is set for a huge week. At the SCG he averages 131 Fantasy points in his last five games and at $4, he’s the one for me. I actually like him across a few markets as well with handballs ($6) and possessions ($6) both presenting as great value. This should be a pretty ‘bruise free’ style of game. Bachar Houli ($4.50) is worth a look for most marks, considering that Kangaroo’s Jamie Macmillian took a game high 11 last week against the Swans.
Gold Coast v Port Adelaide
(Sat 19:25)

Tips By: Warnie
Firstly, there isn’t much in this game I have much faith in but with Port flying up a team of rookies to the Gold Coast, it surprises me that you can still get the Suns at $3.10. They should be favourites in my book. My book also tells me to keep an eye out for Aaron Hall. He’s paying $3 for most Fantasy points along with $2.50 for most kicks.
North Melbourne v GWS
(Sat 19:25)

Tips By: Calvin
For some unknown reason, Heath Shaw loves playing the Roos and loves playing at Etihad Stadium where he has scored 116 and 131 Fantasy points this year. Against the Roos he has scored 128 and 123 in his last two games and at $4.50, it’s hard to say ‘no’. He’ll need to take some marks ($2.50) like he did last week when he pulled down 11 in his ninth double figure effort this year. Finally, did you know that the big Shane Mumford has laid nearly 10 bones crunching tackles a game over the last three weeks? At $6, he’ll need to beat Swallow and could easily get the job done.
